Reslink Solutions Oy (Ltd) has been supplying mobile phone software solutions in Scandinavia and Baltic regions since year 2000. Our client base includes large companies such as Carlsberg Sweden, Rentokil Initial, and Sinebrychoff (Koff), who use their Reslink applications for a variety of field-service and sales force proof-of-attendance and data capture needs. Historically, many of these applications have been project-based involving phones and barcode scanners, but since 2005 our focus has shifted towards utilizing emerging mobile phone technologies such as NFC and RFID. Building on the successful implementation of mobile phone and RFID solutions for several clients, Reslink has invested heavily in productizing its applications to enable them to be sold worldwide via a reseller network - a process that is beginning to reap rewards. We believe that data capture and proof-of-attendance using only your mobile phone, combined with technologies such as NFC, RFID, Barcodes and GPS, is a business opportunity that will grow enormously in coming years - for example, Nokia forecast (11/2007) that by 2012 over 290 million phones will be NFC-enabled.
