Asset auto-identification

Simply attach an RFID tag, 2D or 1D barcode to whatever asset you wish to manage and then touch/scan with your mobile phone to identify and audit it. This provides simple proof you have found the asset, but the phone can also present options relevant to that asset for you to further clarify its status. This may include retrieving details about it from your central database, or sending back data about its current condition. If it is a movable outdoor asset, you can even record its exact GPS position.
