Reslink's mobile phone Time & Attendance solutions provide guaranteed proof that an employee was present at a location at a particular time. They also allow the optional capturing of context-specific data that is relevant to that location - for example, going in/out when at a door, odometer reading when in a vehicle, or job-related information when at a customer site. All done via the workers' mobile phone.

Track your employees

Through the use of different mobile technologies we are able to “track” employees as they go about their daily tasks, enabling you to see where they are and what they are doing. You can constantly track them with GPS, or simply collect information about where they are when they clock in or out of particular locations using their phone.

Real-time data collection

Data collected is fed in real-time to the Reslink back-office system, or to other external workforce management systems that Reslink has been integrated with. Two-way question/answer functionality is handled in a similar way – the phone user identifies where they are and then asks a question (e.g. “what tasks must I do here?”) and the request is instantly routed to the back-office system, which returns the answer within seconds to their phone.

Proof-of-Attendance and Location-based mobile services

As soon as the location is identified, the system knows where the user is = proof-of-attendance. The phone can then, optionally, provide mobile services related to that location for that user = location-based data capture and retrieval.

Mobile clocking machines instead of phones

Worried about giving every employee a company mobile phone? Then maybe it’s possible to store a phone at the customer site, for the employee to use when they visit. They simply login to this shared phone with their own ID code. Alternatively, for easy booking in/out at a client site, why not use Reslink TimeCard which is a portable clocking machine that can be stationed at the client premises. The employee touches it with their own personal RFID tag, chooses In or Out, and the data is transmitted instantly to the Reslink back-office and other connected systems.
