Reslink Touch & Go is a simple location-based proof of visit solution using a mobile phone. The employee touches an RFID tag or scans a Barcode with their phone at pre-determined locations, giving you immediate proof of attendance.
You know WHO they are, WHERE they are, and WHEN they were there - all visible in real-time via the web. Typical users are security guards, homecare workers, cleaners and maintenance staff, but the solution is ideal for anyone with a lightly supervised mobile workforce.
Reslink's easy-to-use application means an employee simply identifies the workplace they are at using one of several possible locationing technologioes, and you then have an immediate record of them clocking In or Out there.

Follow these steps to start the process:
1. Login to our web-based back-office system, set up your employees and locations
2. Place barcodes or RFID tags at the locations
3. Send the Touch & Go Mobile application over the air to employees phones
4. Give them a password to login to the phone application, and away they go !!
TOUCH & GO PLUS
You can expand your Touch & Go solution to a PLUS licence which enables the employee to send and receive information using their phone, relevant to the location they are at - for example, touch a location tag and options can appear on the phone such as "Record tasks done", "View client history", "Take photo", "Enter comments", etc.
Data recorded by the employee is sent to the back-office system, and from there can be routed to other operational systems if you so wish. Similarly, data retrieved to the phone (tasks to do, client history) may also be retrieved from external systems and shown to the employee.
