Reslink is pleased to announce the signing of agreements with 3 new UK resellers during August, strengthening its position as a major supplier of NFC technology to the healthcare and security sectors. Comments Mark Ellwood, Reslink Partner Manager, “these relationships provide further evidence that Reslink’s strategy of delivering NFC technology that can be quickly configured and integrated into any 3rd party application is of enormous benefit to software companies, system integrators and service providers. As all three companies discovered when they attended our recent 2-day product training course here in Helsinki, it is extremely easy to create NFC solutions for end-users without requiring any technical knowledge of NFC, Java, or mobile phones”.

The new resellers are:

Intelligent Health (www.intelligenthealth.co.uk)
Intelligent Health provides health-related management services and developed their “CredX” solution using Reslink’s NFC application builder. CredX is a system that rewards people for being active, energetic, and for exercising more. It was originally created in conjunction with the Royal Parks Agency in 2007 and has recently been part of the successful Manchester 'Healthy City' bid (points4life). CredX is also being used by Transport for London to help change the transport habits of children. These and many more exciting public health-activity projects utilizing NFC are at various stages of development.

Total Security Services (www.totalsec.co.uk)
Total Security is a provider of security-related services, including the supply of manned guards and CCTV installations. The company hosts and runs control-room monitoring services not just for themselves but also on behalf of other smaller security guarding companies. Total Security delivers and implements NFC-based security solutions for its clients and partners.

Ulysses (www.rostering-systems.co.uk)
Ulysses is a software company specialising in systems for Social Care. The company has recently released the latest version of its “Newcare” solution for the homecare market. Reslink’s NFC product will be embedded within Newcare to provide an easy-to-use way for the care workers to prove their attendance at clients’ homes and to retrieve details electronically of their daily job list, and of the tasks that must be performed during client visits, simply by touching an RFID tag with their phone. The solution is customizable for each care company’s specific requirements.
