What sets you apart from others?

We like to keep things simple. You tell us what you need, we listen, and we build it properly.
No complicated contracts, no disappearing support teams, and no forcing your business into a box that does not fit. Just practical software and people who genuinely want to help.

Where is Reslink based?

Reslink operates across Europe. We were founded in Helsinki, Finland, where our head office remains, with part of our development team based in Hungary. The UK is also a major hub for us, where part of our Sales and Customer team is based. If you are based outside Europe, we can of course support you as well. As a SaaS provider, we work with customers all over the world and are experienced in delivering solutions remotely across different regions and time zones.

Do you support niche or unusual requirements?

Absolutely. We specialise in solving problems that off-the-shelf software cannot. If you have an idea, a workflow you would like to bring to life, or a request that has been declined elsewhere, speak to our friendly team. We will explore every option and do our best to make it happen.

From bespoke integrations to highly specific use cases, there are very few situations
we cannot handle. If it matters to your business, it matters to us.

We have strict budgets — can we still work with you?

Of course! We understand that every organisation has financial constraints, and we design our solutions with flexibility in mind. Our platform is modular, so you only pay for what you actually need, and we work with you to prioritise features that deliver the most value within your budget.

We have 3,000 employees — will this be okay?

We support organisations of all sizes, from small teams of five to enterprises with over 20,000 employees. Our platform is built to scale, so whether you are growing rapidly or already operating at scale, we can provide a solution that fits your structure, processes, and goals.
No matter your size, we will tailor Reslink Platform to meet your needs and ensure it works seamlessly across your organisation.

How long does implementation take?

Implementation timescales depend on the scope and complexity of your project.
Every organisation is different, and we tailor each rollout to match your requirements.

That said, most customers are fully up and running in under eight weeks. We work closely with you throughout the process to ensure a smooth, efficient launch with minimal disruption to your day-to-day operations.

Are the Reslink mobile applications compatible with Android and iOS?

Yes, the Reslink mobile applications are compatible with both Android and iOS
devices.

is available from 10:00–17:00 (EET/EEST) / 08:00–15:00 (GMT/BST) on Finnish
